Eggplant Rolls with Fava

INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the garlic. Wrap each bulb in foil. Cut off the tops to expose the cloves.
- Roast at 200°C (390°F) for 40-45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the eggplants. Sauté it in olive oil on both sides, seasoning with salt.
- Let the garlic cool, and then separate it into cloves.
- Blend them with fava beans, tahini, lemon juice, water, salt, and spices. Add water if it necessary. Enjoy your meal
